Annie Leibovitz, 23, is PDN's top pick for emerging photographers under 30. Her work is conceptually strong, techinically sound, and for such a young age her relatively unseen work is a force to be reckoned with. Look for her in Humble Art's Collectors Guide to Emerging Art/Photography. I find it quite interesting that she doesn't have a blog.
